Shipping policy

We offer a delivery service for 99% of our products throughout the UK. (Including home and business addresses). Your order will be despatched as soon as possible on the most suitable courier or postal service based on the dimensions of your order and delivery location.

If the shopping basket does not offer a price for shipping a particular product, then please contact us and we will endeavour to find a delivery solution for you.

Free shipping is unavailable for orders containing roof or cargo boxes due to their physical size. We offer a subsidised delivery rate shown in the checkout

Timescales

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday on the same day or the next business day when ordered over a weekend of bank holiday. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail using either tracked 48 or tracked 24 delivery service (If available, both options will be offered at checkout). Larger items are sent using one of our nationwide courier partners using an express delivery service*

* Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Larger items such as roof boxes require larger delivery vehicles, your order will be despatched  via a bespoke delivery company.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery timescales as delays can occur during busy period which are outside of our control.

Remote Regions & Surcharges

Deliveries to some regions may incur a surcharge when sent via courier - we will contact you to advise of additional surcharges that your order will incur BEFORE processing your order. We endeavour to minimise these charges.
